After the pandemic the court system is moving like walking through molasses. I was only able to finally get inside after another tenant complained about a water leak and securing a court order. As you can probably imagine the apartment was a mess. The water leak was the least of my problems, it turned out that I had a MOLD PROBLEM. I submitted a request at 730pm for him to come out and give us an estimate, and got a call from Marcus less than 20 minutes later. He offered to come the next day and immediately got us on the schedule.

They fixed and replaced the entirety of the water damage to the floor and wall, as well as mold on the plumbing and in the vanity, and laid new flooring for us. He even helped to guide us in picking the right color floor to match our vanity nicely.

He responded right away, kept in touch throughout the job and went way above and beyond to complete the job, including helping with pets, picking up keys from another location and communicating throughout the process. He is a compassionate person and was very kind and understanding of a complicated situation.

I called Marcus at 7 AM after the Ida storm. He picked up and said that he would be at my house to extract the 3 inches of water from my basement in an hour. He provided me quote over the phone which we agreed to. He came and remediate the issue as explained to me- he put down dryers for 3 days and my basement is again dry.

Marcus and his team did a fantastic job with drying and fixing my townhouse! I had a corroded pipe break for my shower so water flooded all into the kitchen, and he came the same night to access damage and dry things thoroughly the next couple days. He then had a plumber replace the pipe as well. Marcus is always friendly and communicative about when he arrives and clearly explains the situation and gives updates. I cannot speak to the value bc my landlord covered that end, but in terms of speed and quality of service I think they did great!
